This structured rotational program provides hands-on experience across the end-to-end product development lifecycle – from concept to commercialization – while working alongside cross-functional teams in R&D, design, engineering, and product management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product requirements definition based on user needs and business goals
• Assist in prototype development through hands-on building and testing
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and technology trend analysis
• Participate in cross-functional sprint teams (engineering, marketing, supply chain)
• Support user testing sessions and synthesize feedback
• Help develop business cases for new product concepts
• Document technical specifications and development processes
• Gain exposure to IP strategy and patent filing processes
